Step 1: Download the Church App (Tithe.ly)

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone
  2. Search for Church App – Tithe.ly
  3. Download and install the app

Step 2: Open the App

  1. Open the Church App – Tithe.ly
  2. You will see a screen asking you to connect with your church

Step 3: Search for Park Street Baptist Church

  1. In the Church Name field, type:
    Park Street Baptist Church
    (“Park Street Baptist” also works)
  2. In the City / State / Zip field, enter:
    75401
  3. Tap Search

Step 4: Allow Location Access

The app will ask for permission to use your location.

  1. Tap Grant Permission
  2. When prompted, choose While using the app
    (Precise or Approximate location both work)

Note: This helps the app place Park Street Baptist Church at the top of the results list.

Step 5: Select Park Street Baptist Church

  1. You will see a list of churches
  2. Park Street Baptist Church should appear at the top
  3. Tap Park Street Baptist Church

Step 6 (IMPORTANT): Add the App to Your Home Screen

After selecting Park Street Baptist Church, the app will ask if you want to Add to Home Screen.

Tap “Add.” Do not skip this step.

This creates a Park Street Baptist Church icon with our logo directly on your phone’s home screen.

Important to Know

  • This icon is linked to the main Church App – Tithe.ly
  • Do not delete the Church App, or the Park Street icon will disappear
  • Once added, you can use only the Park Street Baptist icon going forward

Step 7: Allow Notifications

The app will ask if it can send notifications.

  1. Tap Allow
  2. This enables:
    • Weather or schedule changes
    • Important announcements
    • Event reminders

Step 8: You’re Finished

You should now see:

  • A Park Street Baptist Church app icon on your home screen
  • Full access to church information, events, bulletins, prayer wall, and announcements
